Returns

To ensure your item does not get lost, please do not return an item without a return authorization. You may return most new, unopened, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. We will pay all shipping costs if, as a result of our error,  you received an incorrect item. To start the process, simply contact us at: service@subtropicalparts.com. You must include:

  • Your order number,
  • APPLIANCE MODEL
  • SERIAL NUMBER (if applicable)
  • Reason for your return

To insure proper handling and credit, all returns must be approved in advance and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please send an email to: service@subtropicalparts.com and we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions  Please include your order number, appliance model and serial number, if applicable, and the reason for your return.
